The four products
LaunchX hosts primary offerings of tokenised property: where the shares of a building are first issued.
PropXChange is the secondary market, where those shares change hands between holders.
CapitalX lends against tokens held, without forcing a sale.
EstateX Pay lets holders spend the rent they collect through a payment card.
The project is also building its own layer-1 blockchain, designed around real world asset compliance.
What the ESX token carries
Three things: governance over platform decisions, payment of transaction fees, and a share of platform revenue.
What the figures say
The quotes at the top of this page are taken raw from CoinGecko and refreshed automatically. They are unfavourable, and they are not spun in the project's favour.
Daily volume is the most telling figure. A few tens of thousands of dollars traded per day means a mid-sized position cannot be sold without moving the price itself. That is the practical definition of illiquidity, and it concerns the holder before it concerns the project.
Being more than 99% below the high is not a correction. It is a regime change. It may reflect initial overvaluation, disappointment on execution, or both.
Product quality and token price are two separate questions. The four building blocks above can work regardless of what ESX is worth. The reverse holds too: a rising token does not prove a product works.
